Description: "Design-Bid-Build" For construction services for the gate 7 parking garage. The project includes construction of a new multi-level parking garage with associated surface parking, access and screening infrastructure, and related campus improvements. The anticipated scope includes, but is not limited to: Site development, clearing, grading, excavation, and civil infrastructure improvements; Utility relocations, extensions, tie-ins, and connections; Substructure construction, including foundations, slab-on-grade, excavation support, waterproofing, and retaining walls; Parking garage structure, including structural framing, parking decks, ramps, stairs, elevators, roof assemblies, and related structural components; Mechanically ventilated parking garage systems, including ventilation equipment, shafts, ductwork, louvers or openings, controls, electrical power, life-safety interfaces, testing, balancing, and commissioning support.
