Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Old Stoney Phase 2 Renovations (Statement of Qualifications)

This project scope includes the interior renovation of the upper floor level of the historic building into meeting spaces, a performance stage, and associated support spaces such as a warming kitchen, stor-age, custodial, and restrooms. The initial scope of work will consist of pre-construction phase services such as design and construc-tability reviews, construction phase sequencing, construction pre-planning, alternatives evaluations, cost estimating and cost control (value engineering) services, project schedule development, prod-uct/materials pre-order/procurement, and preparation of an “open-book” Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal for construction phase services.
