Construction and Project Management Services for Nance Farm (Request for Statement of Qualifications)

Description: The Consultant shall provide professional construction project management and inspection services for the farm project. Services shall include construction inspection and oversight, review of each shop drawings, Product Data item, sample or similar submittal by the contractor, review of invoices and pay applications, participation in weekly progress and other necessary meetings to resolve issues, submission of weekly updates report for key items, coordination and review of Requests for Information (RFIs), field modifications and change orders, monitoring and tracking of schedule, progress, and budget, final inspection for acceptance, project documentation, and coordination with the contractor, design consultant, and other project stakeholders.
