Concrete Replacement at Loading Dock for Pinnacle Bank Arena

The scope of work includes rehabilitating the brick face and coping stones of the ramp walls, applying new waterproofing above the underpass structure, rehabilitating regions of deterioration concrete structural slab and concrete encased steel beams of the underpass, replacing existing drainage inlets, and piping at the loading dock and above the underpass at the south plaza/walkway, upgrading/replacing existing lighting elements/fixtures in loading dock ramp walls and above at south plaza/walkway, milling existing concrete pavement of loading dock ramps and perform repairs and seal pavement of the entire loading dock region and ramps, replacing existing bluestone pavers walkways and concrete pavements lobby areas with new stamped/imprinted concrete pavement, landscaping at the south plaza/walkway, painting existing fire sprinkler piping.
