Outdoor Concession and restroom facilities - concession stand of 24' by 28' building with a concrete sidewalk of 5' wide around the outside. Exterior lockable doors; shingled roof; wood framed 2" by 6" walls with insulation. See attached file.

Redmond School District

Work consists of concession stand interior renovation. The renovation will include creating a space that is functional and visually appealing, combining two rooms into one, installing new wall paneling, cabinetry, and stainlesssteel countertops, relocating/installing equipment infrastructure, and upgrading electrical and plumbing systems as necessary.

Town of Kentwood

Work includes to build a new concession stand that includes a storage, and men and women restrooms at the park. The concession stand shall be ada (americans with disabilities act) compliant requiring specific features to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, particularly those using wheelchairs.
