Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) and Demonstration Projects under Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program (Request For Proposal)

Description: The selected consultant will provide professional planning, engineering, and community engagement services to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) and implement demonstration projects under the FHWA Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant Program. The scope encompasses data collection and analysis to establish High-Injury and High-Risk Networks, equity-centered bilingual community outreach, preliminary and final design of quick-build temporary roadway safety treatments, MUTCD engineering studies, environmental review assistance under NEPA and Section 106, construction administration and inspection, baseline performance monitoring, and multi-phase reporting consistent with FHWA's Safe Systems Approach.
