Comprehensive Roof Maintenance Program

Provide equipment, personnel, materials, and related components for roof maintenance services to the specified buildings, including: services include: roof inspection report toll-free / cell telephone leak reporting and tracking system storm and leak call inspections, including management of CCSD roofing contractors for leak service orders annual roof top housekeeping annual roof preventive maintenance analysis of selected roofs and development of budgets development of repair/restore/replacement application specifications on-site management and job-site services of roof projects access and update CCSD work order computer systems per CCSD guidelines. Conduct minor repairs not exceeding $2,500; for repairs above $2,500, provide scope of work and cost proposal using district's approved IDC roofing contractors within 96 hours of leak reporting.
