Comprehensive full-service maintenance/repair plan for Vitek 2 Compact 60
The Navy Medicine Research and Development Command intends to award a sole-source contract to bioMerieux for a one-year comprehensive maintenance and repair plan for a Vitek 2 Compact 60. Required services include OEM parts, certified-technician labor and travel, one on-site preventive maintenance visit, 24/7 remote technical support, and on-site response within 24 hours of a hardware-performance issue. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, the government will consider responses from interested sources.
