The purpose of these projects is to assess NTMWD's current pay structure to ensure that it supports internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with industry best-practices. The initial term of this agreement shall commence on the date of the last signatory and shall be for a period of three (3) years. The agreement will automatically renew under the same pricing, terms, and conditions for two (2) additional one-year periods.
