Community Input and Planning Services - Lot #5 - Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Immigrant Communities (Request for Qualification)

Description: Provide support to County's Behavioral Health Services (BHS) community engagement and behavioral health planning activities, including the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Community Planning Process (CPP), alignment with the County’s Community Health Assessment (CHA) and Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), and other related behavioral health and cross-system planning efforts. Activities shall provide ongoing opportunities for individuals with lived behavioral health experience, family members, providers, community organizations, Tribal partners, managed care partners, and other stakeholders to share feedback and perspectives related to behavioral health services, community needs, barriers, priorities, planning efforts, and system improvement activities.
