Commissioning Agent New School Construction Project (Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposal)

Provide commissioning services in coordination with the design team (hereafter a/e team) and the owner's project manager (hereafter pm) for the construction of a new, grades 6-8 middle school (project). Develop and document the owner s project requirements. Develop the scope and budget for the commissioning process. Develop the initial commissioning plan. Develop an issues log and produce an issues report. Prepare a pre-design phase commissioning report. Document the basis of design in association with the design team. Work with the project team to document adherence to the owners project requirements during design
