These include, but are not limited to, the following: driveway permits, outdoor advertising sign permits, row occupancy permits, broadband access permits, railroad permits, miscellaneous permits, and tall structure permits; solution must support standardized statewide permitting workflows while allowing for district- specific variations when necessary. It should streamline communication between applicants, reviewers (central office and district staff), and external stakeholders through configurable workflows, automated notifications, and status visibility.
