Coldwater Lake Low Pressure Sewer, Pump Station, and Force Main - Contracts 1 and 2

Contract 1 includes: approx. 66,500 LF of 1.5" to 6" pressure sewer, 285 simplex grinder pump stations, 2 duplex grinder stations, and 1 special duplex grinder station, 33 flushing connections, 21 gate valves, 7 air release valves, misc storm sewer repair, HMA paving, and cleanup and restoration. Contract 2 includes: a new 30HP duplex self-priming pump station and enclosure with associated electrical and SCADA appurtenances, site piping, magnetic flow meter, gravel drive, approx. 8,600 LF of 8" force main including: 2 cleanout/air release assemblies, 4 cleanout assemblies, Pump Station site improvements including a new emergency storage basin and associated piping, and cleanup and restoration.
