Seeking qualified firms/contractors for construction manager at risk (cmar) services in connection with the design and renovation of the city existing city hall building.

Miami University

This project is seeking architectural and engineering services to design a major renovation for the building formerly known as the oxford female institute and later as the oxford college for women. The building is leased long term to the oxford community arts center (ocac).

Nevada State Public Works Board

The scope of the CMAR’s Pre-Construction Services includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Participation in regularly scheduled design progress review meetings with the Architect and the Owner. The CMAR shall provide ongoing input with respect to constructability, construction cost, construction duration, sequence of construction, and construction means and methods. 2. Conducting investigations, with participation by appropriate subcontractors, of all existing site and building conditions, and all off-site conditions as appropriate for each project.
