Description: The purpose of this project is to construct grading and structures of a four - lane interstate facility, including improvements to the interstate. This project consists of clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal items, stone backfill, earthwork, select granular backfill, rock fill, trenching and shoulder preparation, aggregate base course, cement in cement stabilized crushed stone base course, processing cement stabilized crushed stone base course, ACHM base, binder, and surface courses, cold milling asphalt pavement, ACHM patching of existing roadway, approach slabs and gutters, maintenance of traffic, concrete ditch paving, minor drainage, erosion control, pavement marking, its items, illumination items, sign items, construct two continuous plate girder bridges.
