The Missouri Department of Conservation is seeking suppliers to provide 88 pallets of various clay targets for the Jay Henges and August A Busch shooting ranges. AvailableRequirement requires Two Phases: (1) Submission of COAs: Contractor shall submit a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the chrome targets chemical composition before or on February 5, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. ET. This will be reviewed by the Subject Matter Expert (SME). Once the chrome target’s COA is accepted, the CO will provide a 3-week timeline when the chrome target sample is due. Note: No extension will be provided when the sample is due. The contractor is responsible for sending the sample before or on the submission deadline. (2) Sample Testing. Contractor shall provide a >10mm (minimum of 10mm) square sample of a chrome target material. Testing will be conducted on the submitted sample for chemical analysis.
