City of Watsonville Holiday Lights and Decoration 2026-2028 RFP

Description: The City of Watsonville is seeking a contractor to install, maintain, monitor, repair, and remove holiday lighting and decorations throughout Civic Plaza and City Plaza for the 2026–2028 holiday seasons. The work includes decorating shrub planters, trees, cannons, a gazebo, and large redwood trees with commercial-grade ornaments and an LED star topper. The contractor must provide the required labor, materials, equipment, safe electrical connections, coordination, monitoring, and repairs, with work completed within thirty working days of notification.
