Base work includes sidewalk removal, grading and subgrade preparation, new concrete sidewalks with modified subbase, minor valve-box adjustments, erosion control, and restoration; bid alternates include a 7-inch concrete driveway at the digester building bypass. Work begins upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and must be completed by April 30, 2027.
This Contract includes the following work: Removal of approx. 1,000 Syd of existing sidewalk and associated curb and gutter, curb ramps,
trees and driveways. Construction of approx. 10,000 Sft of 5 ft wide concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, driveways of various materials, restoration and various appurtenances.
Provide sidewalk improvements project. Work includes portland cement concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, striping, driveways, storm drainage and related items of work.
Project consists of proposed renovations to the existing park. Construction of a concrete pedestrian pathway connecting the park to the recreation complex on the south side of town.
