Summary
Construction of the city annex addition and renovation. This Project consists of renovating, remodeling, and partial demolition of an existing building and adding a building addition to create a new assembly area, meeting/conference room, bathroom facilities, kitchen, etc. for the City. The building will have all new utilities and a new roof. As a part of the Project, the Contractor will be required to coordinate with the adjacent property owner(s) as the City building is attached to the adjacent property owner’s building and the adjacent owner’s downspout, some vinyl siding, and rotten or water-damaged materials behind the vinyl siding will have to be replaced.
