CISCO Smart Net renewal
The Port requires annual coverage under Cisco Smart Net for all Cisco hardware listed in the attached Bill of Materials. The services shall include 24×7 access to Cisco TAC engineers for incident resolution, eligible software updates/download rights, and advance hardware replacement options (including RMA) in a break-fix event. This support is required to ensure rapid recovery of business-critical network and voice infrastructure—minimizing downtime and sustaining secure operations of the Port’s router, switch, wireless access, server and phone system assets. The Vendor must be certified by the manufacturer (Cisco) to resell and/or distribute the products and/or services required by this RFQ, in the United States. The Vendor shall be licensed to do business in the State of California
