CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB

Description: The Navy is soliciting a contractor to repair, test, and inspect the specified circuit card assemblies and return them to Ready-for-Issue condition in accordance with technical drawings and specifications. The contractor is responsible for the needed repair facilities, labor, materials, parts, and tooling, and must meet the solicitation’s quality, marking, and packaging requirements. The solicitation also establishes repair-turnaround and throughput terms, requires transaction reporting through the Commercial Asset Visibility system, and permits early and incremental deliveries.
