Children’s Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH) RFP

Description: San Diego Regional Center seeks a residential services provider to operate its children’s Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home in Fallbrook, in collaboration with the Housing Development Organization that owns the facility. The home is intended for three or four minors with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral or psychiatric support needs who cannot be effectively served in less restrictive settings. The provider will deliver 24-hour care and intensive individualized supports, with enhanced supervision, clinical staffing, and safety measures including video surveillance.
