Cherry Capital Airport - TVC HVAC Replacement

This project consists approx. a major HVAC replacement and best practice upgrade to the existing 120,000 SF terminal building. This project includes approx. the replacement of air-cooled chillers and associated pumps and instrumentation, boilers and associated pumps and instrumentation, seven modular indoor air handling units, 85 fan powered terminal units, exhaust fans, standard air terminals, fan coils, unit heaters, air doors, VFDs and associated instrumentation, hot water heaters, the temperature control system and select ductwork and piping modifications. Heated hot water for the facility will be converted from 180F to 140F. The project also includes approximately 8,000 SF of reroofing under the chillers and a chiller platform expansion.
