Chemical Hoods & HEPA PM RFP

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, supervision, labor, test equipment, calibrated instruments, materials, consumables, transportation, reports, labels, videos, disposal services, and incidentals required for scheduled recurring work. Condition-based HEPA replacement filters and associated replacement services shall be furnished only when ordered under an applicable separately priced option contract line item. Pharmacy: certify five primary engineering controls (PECs) to ISO Class 5 specifications or better, certify three ISO Class 7 rooms, perform environmental monitoring, replace prefilters, service diffusers, and test 10 ceiling/pass-through HEPA filters.
