TA scope includes site assessments/feasibility, technical design and planning, contractor bidding support, implementation oversight checks, and education/outreach/training. Program anticipates supporting ~4–8 projects with total TA compensation not to exceed $300,000. Submissions must be one PDF emailed to solicitations@svcleanenergy.org and follow prescribed proposal section/length requirements.
