Work includes preparation and application of coating or polishing materials to concrete products. Metzger mcguire edgepro 80 polyurea joint filler or equivalent; polishing materials; metallic coatings. Floor preparation: remove existing vct tiles; diamond grind floor using 80 grit diamonds; set necessary repairs; route out control joints & fill with metzger mcguire edge-pro 80 joint filler or equivalent; apply riocoat emp 100% solids self-leveling epoxy pigmented black or equivalent at 10-12 mils; buff the entire work area with 80 grit sanding screen, tack mop, and wash the floor; apply riocoat euv-m; uv stable epoxy or equivalent with metallic colorant of choice at 20 mils.
