The nature of work for APTs, EA Sustainment, and Support to AWG are similar. The scope of tasks for Support to AWG is well-defined and primarily focused on supporting the UWD. Whereas requirements for the APTs and EA Sustainment will vary and are specific to the supported organization. Considering this, scope for APT and EA Sustainment are intended to describe required capabilities. APT/EA Sustainment. The APTs shall provide support to 13 PSAs on NIPR/SIPR and one PSA on NIPR/SIPR/JWICS. EA Sustainment shall provide support on NIPR/SIPR/ JWICS. The following applies to both APTs and EA Sustainment: Program Management: Development of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Quarterly Report Summaries (QSRs). Development of a Project Schedule. Development of a Staffing Plan and associated labor accounting controls. Maintain, assist in prioritization of the global organization development project backlog. See attached file.
