Construction contract to treat habitat for Gunnison sage-grouse, a species listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). The goal of this project is to improve drainage on rural roads on government lands in the Crawford, Colorado area by installing efficient drainage features that effectively transport surface water off of roadways and onto adjacent sagebrush vegetation, effectively rewatering the landscape in a way that mimics natural hydrologic flow.
