The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to fully construct the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization at multiple sites; installing erosion control BMPs in accordance with project SWPPP, including; silt fence, sediment logs, floatation silt curtain, inlet protection, erosion control construction entrances, control of water and/or dewatering as necessary to perform work; using mud mats for protection at access, removal of trees, stumps, vegetation, and debris; excavation/dredging/channel cleaning with off-site disposal to landfill of sediment/muck/vegetation from storm water detention ponds, channels, inlet pools, culvert ends; removal of sediment/muck/vegetation from storm water modular block paver basins with off-site disposal of materials; removal and replacement of concrete blocks, repair splash bock assemblies at raingarden edges; general site work; control of traffic at and around construction sites, site restoration/seeding with native seed mixes provided by Owner; installing erosion control blanket on all exposed soils. Clean-up of sites and removal/disposal of temporary erosion control BMPs at the completion of Work, all as provided for in the Bidding Documents. Work include Remove and install 2 new insulated 10'x10' overhead doors and 2 new insulated 8βx10β overhead doors. Install new gutter system on the front and the back of the building using 6 inch a style box gutter in 24 gauge steel with baked on finish of the color of our choice. Install all new standard 3 inch by 4 inch rectangular downspouts with baked on finish in previously located areas. Build a shed roof the length of the entire back of the building 18' deep with a 2" overhang on all 3 sides covered in panel lock plus to match the existing building. All wood framing and construction must be at the very least up to building code. Wood post are to be 6" x6" pressure treated. Each end of the shed roof is to have 2" x4" wood lathing extending from the existing building s new wood lathing. The panel lock plus metal wall sheets are to carry over from the existing building to close in each end of the shed roof. The pitch of the roof is to be 1.5:12 using an m-loc metal roof panel which is guaranteed not to leak on anything over a 1:12 pitch roof.
