This project replaces three boilers, three chillers, and the cooling tower serving the Oklahoma History Center central plant, which provides heating and cooling to the campus. The work includes demolition and installation of the new mechanical systems, plus related civil work such as rehabilitation of the cooling-tower concrete basin. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, and supervision; complete the work within 365 days after notice to proceed; and submit a 5% bid bond, qualifications, alternate bid schedules, a work schedule, and a phasing plan.
