Camas Ridge Heat Pumps and Lighting Upgrade

Description: The Vancouver Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to supply, install, and commission heat pump systems and LED lighting at the Camas Ridge Apartments. The work includes equipment removal as needed, heat pumps, associated ductwork or piping, LED fixtures, electrical and plumbing integration, project management, and commissioning. This is a construction invitation to bid—not a grant—and award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder after the required registration, certifications, and bid submission requirements are met.
