C2IMERA WARDEN- DAF EMIS (Department of Air Force Emergency Management Information System) - (Request for Information)

Description: The DAF seeks a AI-enabled software capability that automates the full Emergency Management lifecycle while operating within the following technical boundaries: Ecosystem Integration: Must be capable of deploying and functioning within designated Department of Defense (DoD) cloud and software ecosystems. Tactical Resilience: Must feature a distributed architecture capable of local data caching and edge execution, and must be able to operate reliably during intermittent or denied communications without data loss. Automated Geospatial Foundation: Must dynamically ingest authoritative on- and off-base map layers and web feature services to automate the mapping and real-time status tracking of critical local-to-regional lifelines without manual Geographic Information System (GIS) creation or file imports. Edge & Mobile Agility: Must provide a secure, platform-agnostic mobile/edge interface to support dispersed Airmen and field units on both government-furnished and approved edge devices, including interoperability with approved tactical suites.
