Building E Renovation - MCF Lino Lakes

Renovation of approx., 9,000 SF, 1- story building, with full replacement of interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The project includes providing a new fire suppression system. The project includes exterior work related to site improvements and exterior envelope improvement including roofing, openings and cladding. 1. Project involves work at a correctional facility with restricted access and all on-site contractors must be approved through the doc background check process. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: general, mechanical, demolitions, excavation, civil, and electrical. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Site improvements. 2. Full interior renovation and replacement of interior finishes. 3. Mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems upgrades/replacement. 4. Exterior envelope improvements, window replacement, cladding, and re-roofing. 5. Security and access control.
