Path outfall and swale improvements. Proposing maintenance activities to an existing stormwater conveyance channel/swale. The purpose of this project is to address the issues of siltation, scour, erosion and standing water occurring between an end wall structure on the West side of Center Street. The City intends to repair the existing scour hole at the outfall and construct a new rip rap apron to help conveyance flow down the channel/swale. Wetland delineation has been performed, and wetlands were found at the existing swale area.
