Description: Work includes 1 LS clearing, grubbing, and removals of existing vegetation, roots and other existing landscaping improvements interfering with new work; 1,125 SF cold milling; 14,552 sf removal and dispose ac pavement and base; 617 LS removal and dispose pcc curb and gutters; 3 EA removal and dispose tree; 3 EA relocate existing riprap; 3 EA removal and dispose parking lot lighting (includes pole and footing); 1 LS remove electrical conduit, pull boxes, wiring any other electrical improvements conflicting with work. ; 1 LS remove and cap irrigation lines conflicting with new improvements; 1 LS unclassified excavation and fill.
