Summary
Replace the existing parking lot. Resurface the parking lot with new concrete; Roughly 18,500 sqft for main area; Roughly 2,500 sqft in front of school. Remove existing square tubing pipe/vehicle corral; Remove concrete vehicle bumpers; Excavate top layer of parking lot to meet elevations and needed drainage; Form sections of parking lot 6" thick; Lay 'A inch rebar in a grid of 2 - o.c.; Pour 4,000 psi concrete; Finish the concrete with a broom texture on surface; Remove forms and saw cut for stress relief; Install new square tubing pipe for parking guardrail; Pour concrete next to parking lot for a water drainage ditch; Excavate and remove dirt along road in front of school for new concrete parking; Clean up debris; Paint square tubing pipe; Stripe new parking areas.
