Description: NAWCAD Lakehurst intends to negotiate a sole-source order with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for four aircraft ground servicing braces (P/N 74D110613-1007; NSN 1730-01-473-3572) supporting the Royal Australian Air Force F/A-18F and EA-18G program. The braces hold the aircraft stabilizer in position during maintenance, and the notice identifies Northrop Grumman as the only source with the technical knowledge and production-level data required to produce them.
