Provide cold storage services. The District requires that: Dry goods must be stored at 40 degrees Fahrenheit; Frozen goods must be stored at -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit; The District expects to need at least 2,000 SF to accommodate pallets; see attached files.

Construction of a 5,760 gross square foot pre-engineered metal clear-span combination Office/Storage building. (Mixed Use: 1,920 SF of B Use Group & 3,840 SF of S-1 Use Group.) Building includes offices, restrooms, ready/break room, storage bays, connection to city water, septic/sand filter system, electrical, data, lighting, HVAC, man doors, overhead doors, concrete floor, concrete approach aprons, and perimeter concrete sidewalks. Alternate Bid G-1 includes demolition of the existing storage building. (D6610) Alternate Bid G-4 includes additional 30’x80’ concrete approach apron.
