BQM-34S Subsonic Aerial Target (SSAT) Full Rate Production (FRP) Lots 1-4
This active presolicitation announces NAVAIR’s intent to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for BQM-34S Subsonic Aerial Target production. The contemplated contract includes a base period for Full Rate Production Lot 1 and options for Lots 2–4, with 25 targets per lot and up to 100 target systems overall. These recoverable, subsonic aerial targets support naval weapons testing and evaluation and operational Fleet training exercises.
