Description: Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is soliciting Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for X-ray film and radiographic processing chemicals (PSC 6525, NAICS 325992). This is a small-business set-aside; awards will be based on positive past performance and competition at the call level, with BPAs issued on a 6-month rotation and calls not to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
