BPA Setup - Waste Removal and disposal from Vault toilets & Septic tanks at various sites for the Region 6 National Forest

Description: The USDA Forest Service is establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure pumping and waste removal services for vault toilets, pit toilets, and septic systems across multiple National Forests in Oregon and Washington. Contractors must provide personnel, equipment, materials, vehicles, supervision, and disposal services on an as-needed basis, with services generally required during operating seasons but potentially year-round. This is a Total Small Business set-aside that accepts responses at the government’s discretion through the BPA period ending in March 2031.
