Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for lumber, plywood, millwork, and wood panel products under PSC codes 5510, 5520, and 5530 (NAICS 423310). This is a total small business set-aside requiring vendors to provide capability documentation, a price list, and at least three past performance references, and to have active PIEE and SAM accounts.
