Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is soliciting vendors to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for laboratory equipment and supplies (PSC 6640, NAICS 334516) as a total small business set-aside. Interested vendors must provide capability documentation, a price list if applicable, and a minimum of three past performance references; BPAs will be awarded on 6-month rotations through June 2029.
