BOROUGH OF BEACHWOOD 2027 CHLORINE AND LIME BULK DELIVERY SERVICES BID NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Description: Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Borough of Beachwood, Ocean County, New Jersey for pricing for the 2027 Chlorine & Lime Bulk Delivery Services, to be opened and read in public at the Beachwood Borough Clerk's Office, Beachwood Municipal Complex, 1600 Pinewald Road, Beachwood, New Jersey on Friday, December 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. Proposals must be made on the Standard Proposal Forms in a manner designated and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the work on the outside, addressed to the Borough Clerk and must be accompanied by all items identified in the bid specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are also required to comply with other provisions of Law including, but not limited to, the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, c.33, Disclosure of Ownership) and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (P.L. 2004, c. 57, Business Registration). The Borough of Beachwood is requesting proposals from qualified providers to provide the 2027 pricing for Bulk Delivery of Chlorine & Lime for the Borough's Water Utility. Delivery requirements, estimated quantities and delivery locations are set forth in the proposal form and bid documents, including weekly bulk delivery schedules and estimated annual quantities for sodium hypochlorite solution (15% strength) and hydrated lime (50 lb bags).
