Construction of the Base Bid includes replacement/relocation of approximately 2, 300 LF of 8” - 12” gravity sewer line, and related improvements. Additive Bid Item 1 is being received for relocation of approximately 220 LF of 6” water line. Under the Base Bid and Additive Bid Item 1, the Town will be providing the sewer line, manhole, and water line materials for installation. Additive Bid Item 2 is also being received for replacement of approximately 100 LF of 42” storm water culverts and associated street repair.
