Billiard Tables Recovering RFP

Description: The Villages Community Development Districts is requesting quotes under ITQ #26QT-039 to establish a continuing agreement for billiard, snooker, and carrom table recovering, leveling, repair, and related maintenance at District-owned recreation facilities. The work will be performed on an as-needed basis, requires contractors to have at least five years of relevant commercial experience, and may be awarded to one or two contractors without a guaranteed minimum quantity. This is an open service procurement, not a grant program, and sealed quotes are due September 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
