Biggs House Renovation

Project scope consists of a renovation and repair to the Biggs House removing the existing paint from the exterior, repairing the existing masonry walls, and repairing and repoint all the masonry joints on the entire perimeter of the existing structure, and 2.) upon completion of all masonry repair the removal of the existing roofing material, including existing metal roofing, existing sheathing, and existing roof framing rafters, and install additional new Pressure Treated 2 x 10 roof rafters @ 24 o.c., as well as new Pressure Treated 2 x 10 ceiling joists @ 16 o.c., with new 5/8 CDX plywood sheathing installed, and covered with ice and water shield, with asphalt dimensional shingles installed over entire roof area consisting of approx. 1,440 SF.
