Project includes the replacement of 4 single lane road crossings over small creeks and wetland areas near the Big Quilcene River. Selected contractor will perform culvert/crossing replacement and stream restoration activities. These activities will include actions to provide machine access to worksites, temporary stream bypasses to allow work to take place in the dry, excavation, removal and grading of channel banks, procurement, haul and installation of culverts and bridges, sorting and placement of streambed mix in the restored channel, and other tasks required for the installation of the project as specified.
