Vendors will meet in the lobby of the main entrance on 11/12/26 at 10:00am. Bidding vendor must attend. Sub-Contractors cannot sign for bidding vendor. Bulletin Desc: Chicago Read Mental Health Center is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to provide asphalt and concrete repair services throughout the campus located at 4200 N. Oak Park Avenue, Chicago, IL 60634. Item # 1: ( 913 - 71 ) Repair and repave campus roads to remove existing potholes-Provide Labor and Equipment to Repair Facility Road Potholes. Purchase and install pothole patching for the facility. Work to include removal and disposal of loose material, apply tack coat, install blacktop patch, and compact with roller. Deeper holes need to be done up to 3.5" and feather all edges. All Work to be done at the Chicago Read Mental Health Center located at 4200 N Oak Park Ave Chicago, IL 60634.
