The Pierre School District is soliciting bids for T.F. Riggs High School Addition and Renovation – Bid Phase 2. The work includes construction of a new Wrestling Room and Theater addition, plus renovation of the girls locker room, cardio room, and weight room. The project consists of a security addition and renovation work for Harrah Middle School. The work consists of approx. 640 SF of new build to encapsulate a larger area for the media center. The remainder of the 9,300 SF of work is for complete renovation of the administration, restrooms, and a science classroom. The project also consists of the addition of a large structural steel canopy wrapping a portion of the building providing dry traversing space from the drop off area into the building. Existing MEP upgrades within the renovation areas are included as well.
